We are looking for a confident, proactive, and highly organised individual to join us as an Office Manager at our Birmingham office, on Birmingham Business Park, Solihull Parkway – B37 7YN.

This is a key role for our business as you will help keep our site running smoothly while providing invaluable support to the Operations Director and Senior Leadership Team in the Region. You will also provide administrative support to our project team at Birmingham Airport.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide admin to senior managers and staff, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Provide personalised PA support to senior managers, including diary management and arranging travel.
  • Oversee day to day office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance.
  • Assist with HR tasks such as employee onboarding and coordinating employee events.
  • Organise company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and venue selection.
  • Ensure compliance on health and safety regulations, maintain emergency procedures, and implement safety protocols.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical records and files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.

Who We're Looking for:

  • Proven experience in office management and administrative roles.
  • Formal qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Document control experience preferred but not essential.

Although this is a full-time office based position we will consider flexible working requests where possible.
