We're looking for an experienced Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) Lead to join Dalkia Engineering and play a key role in driving technical excellence across a range of projects. This is a leadership position within our growing MMC function, where you'll help shape strategy, support project delivery, and lead innovation across the region.

What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and managing a regional MMC team, including Senior Engineers and trainees
- Overseeing the delivery of MMC strategy, processes, and governance across multiple projects
- Supporting both pre‑construction and live project delivery with MMC expertise
- Embedding MMC solutions into project design, cost plans, programmes, and logistics
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders (bid, commercial, operational teams) and external partners (clients, consultants, supply chain)
- Driving innovation, standardisation, and digital integration across the MMC function
- Leading training and development for MMC engineers and wider project teams
- Supporting resource planning, reporting, and delivery performance across the region
What You'll Need to Bring
- Strong experience in Building Services engineering and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC)
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multi‑project delivery
- Experience delivering projects within the £5M–£50M MEP range
- A collaborative approach with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Background across sectors such as healthcare, commercial, education, MOD/MOJ, or leisure (desirable)
- Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree/NVQ or equivalent)
- A passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence
