The Role
- Reactive & Preplanned Tasks: coordinate and schedule work allocation to ensure the maximisation of resource and sub-contractors.
- Resource
Coordination: Analyse the resources available, ensuring the most appropriate engineer or contractor attends the call, taking into account technical skill base, location and client preferences as far as possible.
- Customer Service Delivery: ensure tasks scheduled to meet customer expectations and contractual SLA's.
- Communication: Communicate closely, share information and progress updates regularly between the service desk & the resource planning team to ensure a joined up approach to service delivery.
- Relationship Management: Developing a good working relationship with the engineers, and similarly, rapport and trust with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
- Administration: Updating client operated systems and capturing engineer report sheets. Updating correct paperwork to CAP Compliance System.
- Planning: Organising and planning engineer's and subcontractors movements and diaries.
- Quality & Efficiency: Check and process engineers' incoming reports, monitoring for any discrepancies, ensuring accuracy and relevance, reporting back to engineers or manager where relevant.

- Hours of Work
- This role will be working Monday - Friday (8am – 5pm)

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Experience working as a Scheduler within an FM environment would be highly desirable
- Strong administration duties
- Excel and Microsoft experience
