  • Acting as the senior point of contact for clients, building trusted strategic relationships
  • Providing governance and leadership across commercial, financial, operational and QSHE performance
  • Managing and developing Project Managers and Site Managers to create high‑performing teams
  • Driving continuous improvement, innovation and sustainability across project delivery
  • Supporting business growth through client development, bids and future opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong construction management and project delivery expertise on complex sites
  • Strong commercial acumen with P&L responsibility and contract management expertise

  • Strong understanding of CDM Regulations, Building Regulations, RAMS and site safety systems
  • CSCS card and SMSTS (or equivalent) essential
  • A passion for sustainability, Net Zero and delivering exceptional client outcomes

If you're a strategic leader with exceptional construction delivery experience who thrives on managing complex programmes, building strong relationships and driving sustainable change, we'd love to hear from you.
