This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically qualified professional who enjoys leading people, coordinating work and maintaining high standards across a complex, safety-critical environment.

You’ll supervise a team of five electrical staff, ensuring work is planned, coordinated and delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

  • Supervising and supporting a team of five electrical operatives, allocating tasks and managing workloads.
  • Planning and coordinating a range of electrical maintenance activities.
  • Overseeing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and ensuring work is completed safely and effectively.
  • Carrying out and reviewing risk assessments and ensuring safe systems of work are followed.
  • Arranging safety permits and completing task instructions in line with site requirements.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company procedures and Dungeness site standards.
  • Coordinating and managing subcontractors working on site.
  • Planning labour requirements and coordinating the availability of materials, tools and equipment.
  • Providing clear direction and leadership to the electrical team.
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and professionalism at all times.
  • What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, lead by example and confidently coordinate electrical activities in a safety‑critical environment.

You’ll ideally have

  • An electrical qualification appropriate to the role.
  • Previous electrical supervisory or team leadership experience.
  • A strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and safe working practices.
  • The ability to organise people, workloads and resources effectively.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues, contractors and site stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem‑solving and delivering high standards.

What We Offer

In return for your expertise and commitment, we offer

  • Competitive salary.
  • Excellent holiday entitlement.
  • Pension contributions.

• Flexible benefits package, including

  • Retail discounts.
  • Employee wellbeing support.
  • Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme (subject to acceptance).
  • Recognition awards and employee referral bonuses.
  • Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • The opportunity to develop your career within a major engineering and facilities services organisation.
  • Diversity & Inclusion
