Dalkia UK is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (M&E) to lead commercial management of MEP works on a major healthcare project. You will drive cost control, contract compliance, and robust supply chain performance throughout the lifecycle, while supporting a wider pipeline of healthcare opportunities within the Dalkia North business.
The role requires strong experience in MEP/ME subcontracting, NEC/JCT contract knowledge, and a proven track record in CVRs, cash flows, and final.
