  • Produce accurate cost reporting, forecasts and financial performance reviews.
  • Prepare and negotiate client valuations, variations and final accounts.
  • Lead subcontract procurement, negotiations and account management.
  • Manage commercial risk, change control and contractual compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with operational and design teams to identify commercial opportunities and mitigate project risks.
  • Provide commercial support and guidance to Project Managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
  • Support continuous improvement across commercial processes and project delivery.

About You

You'll be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong commercial background and a proven ability to manage complex construction or engineering projects. You'll have:

  • A recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying (BSc, MSc, HND or equivalent)
  • Significant Quantity Surveying experience, ideally within M&E, MEP, building services, refurbishment or infrastructure projects
  • Strong knowledge of NEC and/or JCT forms of contract
  • Experience managing subcontract procurement, commercial reporting, valuations, variations and final accounts
  • Excellent commercial acumen with the confidence to influence project and business decisions
  • The ability to build trusted relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
  • Experience working on projects valued between Β£2m–£20m and using commercial systems such as COINS, SAP, Oracle or Navision would be advantageous.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects where your commercial expertise will directly influence project success. In return, you'll benefit from:

  • Competitive salary, car allowance and attractive benefits package
  • The opportunity to lead commercially significant projects
  • Career progression within a growing and ambitious business

  • The chance to contribute to projects that are helping shape a more sustainable future
