About the Role
Yi Hui Tea is seeking a responsible and dedicated Store Manager to oversee daily operations of our upcoming store in Singapore. We hope you enjoy beverage preparation, are detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory, including stock in/out and supplier orders
- Record and analyze daily sales, ensuring accuracy of reports
- Oversee daily store operations, such as staff scheduling and cleanliness
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
- Train and supervise staff to maintain service quality and consistency
- Participate in beverage preparation to uphold product standards
Requirements
- Prior experience in F&B or retail management preferred
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation (tea, coffee, etc.)
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork spirit
