We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead our restaurant, bar, and events operations. You’ll support the day-to-day running of the F&B department, lead shifts, and inspire the team to deliver excellent service with a smile. If you love great food, enjoy fast-paced hospitality, and have a knack for motivating people, this could be the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily service in the restaurant, bar, and event spaces to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Lead, train, and support the F&B team, setting high standards and leading by example
- Ensure excellent guest service is delivered at all times, handling any issues professionally
- Assist with rotas, stock control, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Liaise with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Support the F&B Manager with training, performance reviews, and team development
- Help implement service improvements and support promotions or special events
