Daley Recruitment are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for our client based in the Hoddesdon area on a temp to perm position with an immediate start.
Role:
- Monday to Friday (Will be required some weekends)
- Shift Pattern: 06:00 - 15:00 / 15:00 - 00:00 (Rotational shifts)
- First 42.5 hours £18.00 P/H, After 42.5 hours £27 P/H
- Temp to perm
- Weekly pay
- Once permanent salary will be £38,000 - £44,000 per year (Depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring of plant systems including e stop, fire system, check control panels and electrical wiring to identify issues
- Inspecting electrical systems which include appliances, fixtures and wiring
- Identifying any faults or hazards that appear and troubleshooting system failures
- Making sure you respond in a timely manner to any faults or breakdowns to stop any disruptions to the operation
- Install any new machinery or equipment and remove any old machinery when necessary
- Make sure that all maintenance is recorded and logged into the maintenance system and documents are completed correctly
- Making sure that at all times tools, workstations, tool rooms and workshops are kept clean and tidy
Requirements:
- Electrical Installation (At least 1 year)
- Electrical fault finding and problem solving
- PLC fault finding (Allen Bradley / Siemens EXP)
- Planned maintenance tasks
- Reactive breakdown tasks
- Mechanical maintenance knowledge
- Good IT Skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Good numerate and literate in order to produce reports and paperwork correctly
- Be able to work on your own without supervision
- Must be able to work at heights such as MEWP, ladders
- Must be physically fit
