Daley Recruitment are seeking a Customer Sales Representative for a UK leading distributor of wire, cable and wire management products with interviews to take place straight away. The role will be on a temp to perm position - Salary £33k per year plus annual company bonus.
Role:
- Monday to Friday (no weekends)
- Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday 08:00 - 16:00
- 30 Minute break per day
Responsibilities:
- Quoting client requirements that come in via email (sales inbox & direct emails); or dealing with RFQs over the telephone.
- Inputting accurate information into the system and communicating it to the clients in a timely fashion.
- Converting customer POs into the system quickly and efficiently.
- Chasing live opportunities and negotiating where needed to secure the business.
- Contacting suppliers to source for cables not in stock (UK and European) as and where necessary to secure orders.
- Inputting data to go on our supply chains shared sourcing sheet for them to go out to factories for long lead-time, manufacturing lead-time products.
- Upselling accessories / other cables to clients.
