Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Technician to join our quality assurance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a strong understanding of quality control processes, as well as the ability to analyse data and implement improvements. A background in Engineering would be beneficial.
Duties
- Working within the QC department carrying out testing of arts and craft products using standard test methodology.
- Issue out of specification corrections to production personnel.
- Complete all necessary documentation to support the quality assurance system at Daler-Rowney.
- Work with the Quality & Packaging Engineer to ensure all aspects of product packaging meet our specifications.
- Assist R & D with customer complaint investigations.
- Assist with the implementation of ISO9001 certification.
Skills
- Excellent analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related field is advantageous.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members.
This role will be based at our manufacturing site in Bracknell, Berkshire. This is not a remote position.
