Main Purpose Of The Graphic Designer Role
Dalebrook is looking for a creative and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team at our Witham office. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a key part in producing a wide range of visual assets that communicate our brand identity and support our product development and marketing strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and creation of engaging content for both print and digital platforms. Youll collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to bring design concepts to life, from initial ideas through to final production.
Key Responsibilities Of The Graphic Designer
- Design and develop a wide range of marketing materials including brochures, flyers, product catalogues, POS materials, exhibition graphics, and digital content.
- Create engaging visual content, edit product imagery and visual assets for use across web, e-commerce, and social media platforms and email marketing campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Product Design teams developing product visuals, concept imagery, and high-quality internal communications materials.
- Support in the creation and maintenance of brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all outputs.
- Prepare files for print production and liaise with printers and suppliers where required.
- Support ad-hoc design requirements from internal departments as required.
- Assist with layout design, typography, and image editing.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather design requirements and feedback.
- Stay up to date with design trends and software developments.
Person Specification
- Previous experience in a similar Graphic Design role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability across both print and digital formats.
- Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). – essential
- Good understanding of HTML and experience creating content for email and web use. essential
- Strong photography skills, with the ability to capture and edit high-quality product and lifestyle images desirable.
- Video editing or motion graphics knowledge desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong visual layout and typography skills.

- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other design-related software tools is advantageous.
