We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Home Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our care home. This is a key leadership role where you will be accountable for delivering high-quality care, ensuring compliance, and promoting a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance with the management of the day-to-day running of the home.
- Participating in regular meetings in accordance with RISCA Regulations.
- Ensuring high standards of care are being delivered safely in line with legislation.
- Working with the Deputy Manager to develop an ethos that reflects residents' individual needs.
- Ensuring all staff are working in accordance with the Codes of Professional Practice for Social Care Wales.
- Participating in weekly Duty Manager Meetings to communicate the needs and movements of residents and staff in the home.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong IT and clerical skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to undertake all required in-house training.
- Must hold or be working towards a Level 5 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification required for registration).
- NMC Registered Nurse with active PIN.
