We are actively seeking an experienced Depot Manager with proven experience of providing customer service within the tool hire/rental sector to help progress & grow a well-established provider of Tools and Plant Hire equipment.
Do you have the skills to deliver the high levels of service our customers expect? Serving local contractors together with the public, in person, by telephone and via email to manage deliveries and collections while developing a sound knowledge of company products and administer all associated paperwork.
Working in a busy hire depot you will be responsible for the supervision and coordination of all colleagues, ensuring a quality service to customers at all times.
As tool hire manager you will oversee that plant and all tools are maintained within health & safety requirements with all documentation, ensuring all paperwork and the procedures for hire/sales contracts, purchase orders, depot transfers and stock control & checking are maintained.
