As an IT Systems Analyst, it will be your responsibility to maintain and improve central information systems that facilitate and deliver timely data for decision making.
About the Role
- Provide 2nd line support for core systems (including Dynamics 365 Business Central), ensuring timely resolution and ownership of issues.
- Contribute to the delivery of ERP and IT projects, including requirements gathering, testing, issue management, and reporting.
- Analyse business processes, identify improvements, and support the implementation of effective solutions.
- Build strong relationships with users, teams, and suppliers to ensure systems meet business needs.
- Use AI tools and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date system and business knowledge, supporting users and contributing to documentation and training.
- Support the rollout of the IT and Data Strategy and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.
- Provide out-of-hours support as part of an on‑call rota, ensuring continuity of service and timely resolution of critical issues.
About You
- 3rd level qualification or equivalent in an IT‑related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the field or a related area.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Ability to analyse issues, problem-solve, and identify improvements.
- Clear communication with both technical and non-technical users.
- Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate) and emerging AI tools.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify process improvements.
- Proactive approach to resolving issues and reducing repeat problems.
- Team player with a proactive approach to learning and support.
- Experience with SQL, reporting, or data analysis.
- Understanding of project delivery and working within project teams.
- Ability to deliver user training and produce clear documentation.
You will be expected to travel to our company sites as and when required, therefore having a valid driving licence and transport is essential along with business car insurance.
