Dale Farm Cooperative is a UK dairy farmer co-operative owned by over 1200 dairy farmers who supply us with fresh milk. Production Operative
Full-time, permanent opportunities exist within our Production team. As a production operative, you will be a central part of a focused and energetic team striving to achieve optimum levels of machine efficiency and product quality. The job covers all aspects of the production process from:
- machine set-up
- machine operation
- completion of all quality and processing checks
- final cleaning
This is an important role within the production operation, and we are looking for candidates who are keen for responsibility, who wish to develop their skills, contribute to a winning team and be proactive to deliver improvement initiatives. Successful candidates will have a good general level of education and possess a good work ethic, as well as being reliable and cooperative to work flexible shift patterns. Relevant experience of machine operation, quality control, maintenance of production/process records and general packing duties is essential.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, keen for responsibility and to further develop their skills whilst contributing to a winning team.
