Contract: TemporaryAbout the RoleWe are currently recruiting Dispatch Operatives to join our client team Dale farm at Pennybridge. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable, hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety and customer service.As a Dispatch Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring orders are accurately picked, prepared and dispatched on time, helping to keep our operation running efficiently.Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Picking, checking, packing and labelling products for dispatch.
- Loading and unloading goods safely where required.
- Ensuring all paperwork and dispatch documentation is completed correctly.
- Carrying out quality and accuracy checks before goods leave the site.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Following company procedures, health & safety requirements and operational guidelines.
- Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily dispatch targets.
- Reporting any discrepancies, damaged goods or operational issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Supporting other warehouse and dispatch duties as required.
