We are looking for Production Operatives to join our Grating and Packing team at Ash Manor.
This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic production environment and want to play an important role in delivering quality products to our customers.
What We Offer Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week) Rotating shifts: Monday to Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm 2:00pm to 10:00pm No weekend shifts Opportunity to develop your skills in a leading food manufacturing environment Supportive team culture focused on safety, quality and continuous improvement.
About the Role As a Production Operative, you'll be a vital member of our Grating and Packing operation, helping to ensure the safe, efficient production and packing of high-quality grated cheese Your responsibilities will include: Producing and packing quality products to company standards Carrying out quality checks and identifying product defects.
Operating machinery safely in line with Standard Operating Procedures and Risk Assessments.
Monitoring and adjusting production lines to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency.
Completing production records accurately and in line with company and legal requirements Maintaining high housekeeping and hygiene standards Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience At least 12 months' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably FMCG or similar.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Basic IT skills.
Desirable 6 months experience in FMCG manufacturing environment 6 months experience in Packing and/or High Care Why Join Us?
