As Liquid Processing Operator you will undertake a role to maximise product output, efficiencies and quality.

The job covers all aspects of our liquid processing operations, including milk reception, liquid despatch, water management, process control (including SCADA), quality assurance and plant cleaning-in-place (CIP).

You will work closely with the Liquid processing shift manager to learn and understand the production process.

The working pattern associated with this role is 3 on 3 off 12-hour day shift.

This role may include holiday/absence cover across differing shift patterns.

The

Role: Milk Intake offloading, silo management and tanker CIP.

Milk acceptance testing, inclusive of antibiotic testing, acidity etc.

CIP of lines and silos at Milk Intake.

Liquid despatch to external customers and completion of documentation.

Set up of milk silos etc for cheese production.

Running of water treatment plant.

Shunting of tankers.

Clean as you go, responsible for keeping department clean and tidy.

The

Person: Essential: Minimum of 3 GCSEs (inc English and Maths) or equivalent.

A minimum of 1 years relevant manufacturing experience.

A demonstrable technical skill electrical/electronic or mechatronics.

Strong communication skills verbal, written and computerised.

Clearly demonstrate an ability to communicate to and work with to a range of internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectively. xehkeey
