The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 Β£ per hour.
This is a busy role, and we are looking for energetic and enthusiastic applicants who are able to work reliably on their own initiative and are working towards an IT related degree. As an IT placement you will gain exposure to the below areas:
- Provide 1st line helpdesk support for the group IT hardware, networks and software applications.
- Software applications support including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics), Warehouse and mobile devices.
- Take part in IT projects.
- Compile associated documentation for hardware/software changes, user updates, and liaise with software vendors.
What we are looking for:
- 5 GCSEs at C or above, including Mathematics and English.
- Working towards an IT related degree.
- A good work ethic with an interest and passion about starting a career in an IT environment.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Self-motivated, good attendance and punctual.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Awareness of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc).
- Full clean driving licence, as the role may involve site support.
- Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not available).
