Process Technician Dromona
Full-time, permanent opportunities exist within our Process team. As a process operative, you will be a central part of a focused and energetic team, covering Milk Intake, Processing and Services, while striving to achieve optimum levels of machine efficiency and product quality.
The job covers all aspects of the production process from:
- Utilising SCADA Systems
- Machine set-up
- Machine operation
- Completion of all quality and processing checks
- Completing all CIPs
This is an important role within the production operation, and we are looking for candidates who are keen for responsibility, who wish to develop their skills, contribute to a winning team and be proactive to deliver improvement. You will be capable of thinking on the move and have flexibility to respond to changing milk volumes.
Successful candidates will have a good general level of education and possess a good work ethic. Within this role, you must have a degree of flexibility regarding your start/finish time, with the possibility of the requirement to work overtime on each shift in line with site requirements, or to work in other areas of production when the need arises.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, keen for responsibility and to further develop their skills, with a strong attention to detail. You will have an understanding of milk processing and knowledge of CIP systems. Desirable criteria also includes an awareness of heat transfer applications, along with good numeracy skills.
