Cullybackey: Despatch Operative As a Despatch Operative, you will be a central part of the team, ensuring that we continue to deliver best in class service to our customers in terms of product accuracy and delivery.

This role involves all part of the despatch process, and key responsibilities will include: Accurate order picking and delivery of ingredients and/ or packaging orders according to production requirements.

Unloading of deliveries on-site, and associated paperwork.

Ensure efficient product handling, date rotation and temperature control.

Control and reconciliation of stock.

Maintain stores management system to ensure accurate recording of data.

Comply with Group Health and Safety procedures Any other duties as required by management, including use of powered pallet trucks and/or counter balance trucks, if licensed.

Essential

Criteria: Valid FLT License with recent and frequent experience.

Previous relevant experience in a despatch or warehouse environment.

Proven ability to provide high level of customer service.

Ability to communicate with cold store via email or telephone to organise collections.

This is an important role within the operation, and we are looking for candidates who are keen for responsibility, who wish to develop their skills, contribute to a winning team and be proactive to deliver improvement initiatives.
