About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to adults within our Barnaby House Extra Care Facility in Middlesbrough helping them regain independence in their own homes. Your duties include:
- Completing initial assessments and care plans
- Staff observations and supervisions
- Personal care
- Meal preparation and basic cooking
- Light household tasks
- Food shopping
- Companionship and emotional support
No experience needed – full training provided!
