About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults within our Beechfield Extra Care Facility in the Middlesbrough area, helping them regain independence in their own homes.
- Providing care and support for elderly individuals to help them maintain their independence through personalised care.
- Personal care and domestic support
- Administering medication
- Preparation of meals
- Companionship and assisting with visits to local amenities
- Completing Reviews
- Workplace Observations
- EMAR audits and supporting with joint reviews
It is an essential requirement that you are in possession of a Health and Social Care Level 3 or be willing to work towards the qualification.
