Job Summary:
Role: Providing care and support for elderly individuals to help them maintain their independence through personalised care.
Tasks:
- Personal care
- Domestic support
- Administering medication
- Preparation of meals
- Companionship
- Assisting with visits to local amenities
Schedule: 2x shifts per week (Floating role, must be able to work from our four facilities in Hartlepool). Must be able to work alternate weekends.
