At DALE Building Maintenance Ltd, we are specialists in property maintenance, insurance reinstatement, facilities management and construction services, delivering projects nationwide for insurers, loss adjusters, housing providers, commercial organisations and major corporate clients.
Due to continued growth within our Insurance Reinstatement Division, we are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Schedule of Rates Analyst / Insurance Cost Consultant to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys analysing costs, preparing detailed scopes of works and working closely with insurers, loss adjusters, contractors and project teams to ensure projects are accurately costed, managed and delivered.

The Opportunity
You'll be at the heart of our insurance repair operation, responsible for analysing client Schedule of Rates, preparing repair scopes, pricing variations, managing final accounts and providing commercial support throughout the lifecycle of insurance reinstatement projects.
Working closely with Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Project Teams and Insurance Clients, you will play a key role in ensuring projects remain commercially viable, accurately priced and effectively managed. xgikmsk
