Dale Building Maintenance Ltd are a specialist property maintenance company with a local regional business in Southampton, as well as operational offices in Devon, Cornwall, Bristol, and South Wales. We have been in business since 1986 and provide maintenance and repair services to a variety of customers, including Blue Chip Retail Clients, Housing Associations, the Leisure Industry, Government Departments, Insurance Companies, and Domestic households.
Due to the award of new contracts, we are now seeking to expand our directly employed workforce and require a time-served, well-experienced Maintenance Plumber to be in and around the Salisbury area.
- Excellent salary / hourly rates
- Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours payment per week
- Overtime of 5-10 hours per week (not guaranteed)
- Emergency out of hours call outs at enhanced rates working on a rota basis
- 20 days annual paid holidays
- 8 days public paid holidays - Additional leave after 1, 3, 5, 10, and 15 years service
