Dale Building Maintenance Ltd are a specialist property maintenance company with its Head Office / Customer Contact Centre based in Cardiff and local regional operational offices in Swansea, Bristol, Southampton and Devon / Cornwall. We have been in business since 1986 and provide maintenance and repair services to a variety of customers ranging from Retail Clients, Housing Associations, Leisure Industry, Government Departments, Insurance Companies and Domestic households.
Due to the award of new long-term contracts, we are now seeking to expand our directly employed workforce and require time-served, well-experienced Maintenance Carpenter / Multi-Skilled Tradesman to be based in the Midlands and surrounding areas. The successful applicant must possess the following skills:
- Excellent trade knowledge / workmanship on Reactive Maintenance and Minor Building Works
- Ability to carry out additional trades i.e., multi-skilled ability
- Possess a can-do attitude
- Good time keeping
- An ability to work on own initiative
- Good communicator
- Available on a rota basis for out of hours emergency call outs
- Good administration skills
- IT skills use of hand-held device
