Dale Building Maintenance Ltd are a specialist property maintenance company with a local regional business in Southampton as well as operational offices in Devon, Cornwall & Bristol and South Wales. We have been in business since 1986 and provide maintenance and repair services to a variety of customers ranging from Blue Chip Retail Clients, Housing Associations, Leisure Industry, Government Departments, Insurance Companies and Domestic households.
Due to the award of new contracts, we are now seeking to expand our directly employed workforce and require time-served, well-experienced Maintenance Plumber to be in and around the Salisbury area.
- Excellent salary / hourly rates
- Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours payment per week
- Overtime of 5-10 hours per week (not guaranteed)
- Emergency out of hours call outs at enhanced rates working on a rota basis
- 20 days annual paid holidays
- 8 days public paid holidays - Additional leave after 1, 3, 5, 10 and 15 years service
