Established in 1986, we provide maintenance and repair services to retail clients, housing associations, leisure industry, government departments, insurance companies, and domestic households.
MAINTENANCE ROOFER
We are expanding our directly employed workforce and require an experienced ROOFER based in Newport and surrounding areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Excellent trade knowledge and workmanship on reactive maintenance and minor building works.
- Perform additional trades i.e., multi‑skilled ability.
- Can‑do attitude and good time keeping.
- Work on own initiative with good communication.
- Available on a rota basis for out‑of‑hours emergency call‑outs.
- Good administration skills and IT skills using a handheld device.
QUALIFICATIONS
Time served well experienced roofers, ability to carry out additional trades, good communicator, etc.
IN RETURN WE OFFER
- Salary earning potential £36 000 to £42 000 per annum.
- Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours payment per week.
- Extended hours working available.
- Emergency out‑of‑hours call‑outs at enhanced rates working on a rota basis.
