We’re growing our Stakeholder Engagement Team based in the Southwest and looking for talented individuals at the start of their career – whether you’re a recent graduate or already working in public relations and communications and ready to take the next step. What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging stakeholders: help shape and deliver inclusive engagement strategies, building dialogue with MPs, councils, community groups, media, and other key stakeholders.
- Creating communications: produce clear, accessible content across print, digital, and face-to-face channels for diverse audiences.
- Providing insight: contribute to consultation reporting, sentiment tracking, and data analysis to inform strategies and manage reputation.
- Collaborating as ‘OneTeam’: work closely with clients and colleagues across land, planning, and environmental teams to ensure joined-up delivery.
- Staying ahead: monitor policy, industry developments, and stakeholder sentiment to keep projects relevant and responsive.

What Will Give You The Edge

- A degree in a relevant subject (e.g. humanities, geography, politics, communications, public relations, planning, marketing) or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence in managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to quickly assimilate information and recommend practical responses.
