As a Planner You Will:
- Deliver a range of environmental planning services, including feasibility assessments, screening, scoping and coordination of planning activities in line with relevant UK planning and environmental legislation and policy.
- Prepare planning applications, supporting statements and technical reports, ensuring high‑quality outputs that meet client, regulatory and project requirements.
- Support the delivery of infrastructure projects across utilities and infrastructure sectors, including capital schemes, development appraisals and consent strategies.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including client teams, technical specialists and Local Authority planning officers, attending meetings and site visits as required.
- Assist with business development activities, including contributing to fee proposals and identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and cross‑sell wider DM services.
- Maintain and develop your own technical knowledge through CPD, working towards RTPI accreditation if not already achieved.
Support the wider Environmental team.
