As a Senior Business Support Coordinator you will:

  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of business support services within the team.
  • Assist with general office and facilities management.
  • Provide ad hoc support to company groups, initiatives, events management functions, individuals or group.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of strategic or sensitive information.
  • Deliver tasks and activities on time and to a high standard, taking a proactive and innovative approach to business support.
  • Utilise knowledge, key stakeholders, DM systems and processes to deliver business support services efficiently and commercially.
  • Encourage DM teams and individuals to fully utilise the DM systems and resources, providing training where required.
  • Be an effective communicator, ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy that meet with company and client requirements.
  • Provide supportive line management with effective delegation to more junior team members.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies in own area of responsibility.
