Due to continued success and ambitious growth plans, we are looking to recruit an outgoing, proactive and detail orientated Learning and Development coordinator to join our growing L&D team. Reporting to the Learning and Development Consultant, the successful candidate will provide essential administrative and systems support, proactively assist in the efficient delivery of learning and development resources, activities, and logistics to ensure high standards.
As a Learning & Development Coordinator, You Will:
- Coordinate all learning and development activities across the business to ensure consistent delivery under the umbrella of the DM Academy
- Manage the shared email inbox to ensure communication with internal stakeholders within the Service Level Agreement
- Manage Delegate/Participant engagement from enrolment to feedback
- Advertise and promote L&D activities to maximise participation, in line with the DM Academy Communications Strategy
- Manage Learning resources and facilities to ensure availability and fit for purpose in the identified training locations
- Support in LMS (Workday Learning) Administration, ensuring content library, dashboards and approvals processes are maintained effectively
- Ensure relevant data is managed accurately, and effectively presented for monthly reporting requirements
- Encourage DM teams and individuals to fully utilise the DM systems and resources, providing training where required
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with DM colleagues and demonstrate at all times effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Support on wider People Team projects, with input into strategic ideas and outputs
- Participate in and support internal company groups and initiatives, in addition to presence at external events, whilst always embracing DM’s values and acting as an ambassador for the company
- Maintain confidentiality at all times, and ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual, and organisational requirements and policies
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Ideally have previous experience using Workday Learning (or similar LMS), but the willingness and enthusiasm to learn new systems is essential
- Be highly organised and excellent at prioritising tasks and time management
- Have experience in managing and analysing data for reporting purposes
- Be confident managing processes
- Have great IT skills and be confident with Microsoft Products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Be a great team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Be a keen problem solver with excellent attention to detail
- Have an appetite to learn and develop
