Our land, environmental and geospatial experts work together to deliver land access, assembly, agricultural liaison, planning, environmental impact assessments and geospatial mapping.
Responsibilities
- Deliver land and property advice and services on behalf of clients.
- Deliver a range of tasks and schemes to a high standard, using initiative to meet client deadlines.
- Develop strong working relationships with client personnel, internal and external stakeholders, contractors, consultants, landowners and occupiers, holding professional conversations and managing expectations.
- Support the development of junior staff, provide constructive line management to direct reports, engage in regular progress reviews and delegate tasks effectively.
- Share experience to support wider organisational development while maintaining and improving knowledge and skills through specialist CPD.
- Participate in and support company groups, initiatives, events and social activities, embracing DM’s values and fostering a positive workplace attitude.
Qualifications
- Hold either MRICS or AssocRICS qualification.
- Have a full UK driving licence.
- Be experienced in leading a team or projects.
- Be a great team player with a can-do attitude.
