As a Business Support Coordinator you will:
- Be responsible for the successful delivery of business support services within the team.
- Assist with general office and facilities management.
- Provide ad hoc support to company groups, initiatives, events management functions, individuals or groups.
- Ensure the confidentiality of strategic or sensitive information.
- Deliver tasks and activities on time and to a high standard, taking a proactive and innovative approach to business support.
- Utilise knowledge, key stakeholders, DM systems and processes to deliver business support services efficiently and commercially.
- Encourage DM teams and individuals to fully utilise the DM systems and resources, providing training where required.
- Be an effective communicator, ensuring high levels of quality and accuracy that meet with company and client requirements.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, contractual and organisational requirements and policies in own area of responsibility.
