Dalcour Maclaren, based in Bicester, is seeking a Contract / Programme Manager to join the Water Team. You will ensure commercial and operational delivery of client contracts, act as the interface between client, operations, finance and leadership, and drive KPI performance and contract governance.
This role focuses on financial analysis, risk management, change control, and continuous improvement to maximise value for clients while supporting mobilisation, renewals and billing accuracy.
