Are you an experienced, proactive Property Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional service? An established and highly respected independent estate agency in the heart of Wimbledon is looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our dynamic team. Managing a high-quality portfolio of residential properties across SW19 and the surrounding premium neighborhoods, you will be the primary point of contact for our landlords and tenants, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a dedicated portfolio of residential properties, managing the end-to-end tenancy lifecycle.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Coordinate routine and emergency maintenance works, liaising with reliable contractors to ensure swift, cost-effective resolutions.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties strictly adhere to current housing legislation, including gas safety, EICRs, EPCs, and licensing requirements.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a trusted, empathetic advisor to landlords and a reliable point of contact for tenants, resolving queries and disputes professionally.
  • Inspections & Checkouts: Conduct thorough periodic property inspections, manage checkouts, and negotiate deposit returns fairly.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in residential property management within an estate agency environment.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the SW London/Wimbledon property market is highly advantageous.
  • Qualifications: ARLA/Propertymark qualification is preferred, but a solid grasp of current legislative frameworks is essential.
  • Skills: Exceptional organization skills, the ability to multi-task under pressure, and strong conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Driver's License: A full, clean UK driver’s license is required for local property visits.
