The Role
We are looking for a Fund / Bank Monitoring Consultant to join our Manchester team, and support our growing pipeline of monitoring work. You will work on a variety of high-profile developments providing commercial and technically monitoring advice while also developing your client-facing skills within a dynamic environment.
The Position Is Ideal For

If you’re recently MRICS qualified or working towards your chartership.
Someone more experienced looking for a new challenge to progress to senior monitor.

What You\'ll Do

Deliver independent project monitoring services on behalf of funders and investors, covering risk analysis, cost reporting, programme evaluation, and quality assessments.
Prepare clear, concise reports that help clients make informed decisions.
Work closely with senior colleagues to maintain Dalbergia’s reputation for excellence and responsiveness.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in fund / bank monitoring — essential.
Strong report writing
A degree or similar qualification in a construction-related discipline (ideally Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Project Management).
MRICS qualification or working towards
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage workload independently and thrive in a flexible, supportive team environment.
Driving licence and happy driving to site.
