The Role
We are looking for a Fund / Bank Monitoring Consultant to join our Manchester team, and support our growing pipeline of monitoring work. You will work on a variety of high-profile developments providing commercial and technically monitoring advice while also developing your client-facing skills within a dynamic environment.
The Position Is Ideal For
- If you’re recently MRICS qualified or working towards your chartership.
- Someone more experienced looking for a new challenge to progress to senior monitor.
- Deliver independent project monitoring services on behalf of funders and investors, covering risk analysis, cost reporting, programme evaluation, and quality assessments.
- Prepare clear, concise reports that help clients make informed decisions.
- Work closely with senior colleagues to maintain Dalbergia’s reputation for excellence and responsiveness.
- Experience in fund / bank monitoring — essential.
- Strong report writing
- A degree or similar qualification in a construction-related discipline (ideally Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Project Management).
- MRICS qualification or working towards
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and thrive in a flexible, supportive team environment.
- Driving licence and happy driving to site.
