The Role

We are looking for a Fund / Bank Monitoring Consultant to join our Manchester team, and support our growing pipeline of monitoring work. You will work on a variety of high-profile developments providing commercial and technically monitoring advice while also developing your client-facing skills within a dynamic environment.

The Position Is Ideal For

  • If you’re recently MRICS qualified or working towards your chartership.
  • Someone more experienced looking for a new challenge to progress to senior monitor.

What You\’ll Do

  • Deliver independent project monitoring services on behalf of funders and investors, covering risk analysis, cost reporting, programme evaluation, and quality assessments.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports that help clients make informed decisions.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues to maintain Dalbergia’s reputation for excellence and responsiveness.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in fund / bank monitoring — essential.
  • Strong report writing
  • A degree or similar qualification in a construction-related discipline (ideally Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or Project Management).
  • MRICS qualification or working towards
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage workload independently and thrive in a flexible, supportive team environment.
  • Driving licence and happy driving to site.
