Your Job:

  • Greet regular guests by name and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Have a good knowledge of food, beverages, and wine.
  • Be able to make recommendations.
  • Maintain friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.

What You'll Need:

  • Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star property is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in busy food and beverage operations.
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Micros Experience is preferable.
