Your Job:
- Greet regular guests by name and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Have a good knowledge of food, beverages, and wine.
- Be able to make recommendations.
- Maintain friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
- Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.
What You'll Need:
- Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star property is desirable but not essential.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in busy food and beverage operations.
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Micros Experience is preferable.
