Your Job:

  • Execute actions from the proactive sales plan to develop and nurture new accounts across all owned segments for the hotels.
  • Research and qualify new lead opportunities.
  • Accurate recording and follow up of all sales correspondence, including the execution of contracts, quotations, confirmations, cancellations etc.
  • Represent the hotel at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate.
  • Adoption of all available tools to support efficient ways of working including CRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools, and Solver

What You\’ll Need:

  • Minimum 1 years’ experience within a similar role in hotels.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Reactive sales experience is a must with proactive sales experience desirable.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Sales focused and results driven
