We at Dalair LTD, part of Swegon Group, design, manufacture and install high quality, large scale Air Handling Units. We are pleased to be offering the opportunity to join our growing production team in the position of Panel Assembler.

Responsibilities:

  • Collection and moving of panels to and from work station as required.
  • Cutting of rockwool to the correct measurement to fit the panels correctly.
  • Assembling of panels after rockwool has been inserted within.
  • Fitting of the caps to panels through the use of an air drill/riveter.
  • To maintain and uphold cleanliness and tidiness at all times within the workplace.
  • Work within guidelines of Health and Safety at work policy.
  • Ensure PPE being worn at all times, gangways, access doors and fire doors to be kept clean and free at all times.
  • Notify the health and safety manager or supervisor of any risks or unsafe conditions.
  • If unsure or need advice on guidelines this should be sought from the Health and Safety Manager.

Essential Criteria:

  • To be fully committed to your role and adhere to expectations of the title carried.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous work with air handling units.

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time
  • Pay: £12.25 per hour
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (with potential overtime)
  • Work Location: In-person at our Wednesbury factory
