Daksta is looking for an ambitious, commercially driven 360 Recruitment Consultant with a minimum of 12 months' recruitment experience to join our growing team.
You'll be working in the booming U.S. data center and mission-critical construction market, where billions are being invested into infrastructure, demand for talent is soaring, and big placement fees create huge earning potential.
We're looking for someone who loves winning new business, building client relationships, and making placements. You'll have the opportunity to develop your own desk, grow your billings, and build a successful career in one of recruitment's most exciting markets.
No data center experience required! We're looking for proven recruiters with the ambition and drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify, approach, and win new clients across the U.S. market.
- 360 Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from generating vacancies through to successful placements.
- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and develop repeat business.
- Candidate Sourcing: Headhunt, qualify, and engage high-quality candidates.
- Desk Development: Build your own client and candidate network, grow your pipeline, and maximize billings.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate offers, close deals, and generate revenue.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months' experience in a 360 recruitment role.
- Proven experience in business development, winning clients, and making placements.
- Confidence in cold calling, negotiating, and closing new business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and motivated by earning potential.
- Ambitious, resilient, and hungry to succeed.
