As Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be the face of Daksta, playing a vital role in identifying and attracting new team members to Daksta fuelling our future headcount growth, as well as supporting across other key areas including on and off boarding, workplace culture and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition
- Support with the end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
- Liaise with leadership to identify and address talent needs and workforce planning
- Plan and execute onboarding schedules for new hires, ensuring all equipment and materials are ready
- Manage on and offboarding activities, including inductions and exit interviews
- Create and manage content for social media platforms to increase visibility and awareness of Daksta increasing our ability to attract staff
