Head of Contracts | Daksta
We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter who has proven 360 and business development capability.
This isn’t about inheriting someone else’s team, following someone else’s strategy or simply managing a contract book.
It’s an opportunity to build something of your own without having to start from zero.
The foundations for our contract business are already there:
- 57 contractors currently out, generating £60k monthly GP
- Dedicated Compliance, Payroll and Credit Control functions
- Two funding lines in place to support growth
- An established European client and contractor base
- Eight years of experience and relationships within our core markets
But this opportunity goes beyond a contract book, this is about having the opportunity to build something that already has infrastructure and investment in place, the freedom and autonomy to make decisions with the MD's support and backing and ultimately take ownership of a business unit we expect to represent close to 50% of the Daksta Group
What we want:
- A personal contract book of £10k+ WGP
- A highly process-driven approach to contract recruitment
- Ideally some mentoring, management or team-building experience
- Someone who wants progression, autonomy and to help Daksta grow
- + if you have experience in the Construction market
What you'll be doing:
- Growing the existing European contract business and help define our US contract strategy
- Hiring and leading your own team
- Creating a high-performance, process-driven function
- Bringing on new contract business opportunities
