Overview: Build a Contracts Division. Own It. Scale It. This is not a “manage what’s there” role. This is a build, scale, and lead opportunity with full ownership. We’re hiring a Director Contract Recruitment to create and grow our contracts division — with the backing, infrastructure, and client base already in place. This is a 360 role and new business development is essential.
