Room Attendant – Housekeeping Team

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working individual to join our Housekeeping Team as a Room Attendant, responsible for thorough deep cleaning of guest bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, making beds, and detailing to provide guests with an immaculately clean and welcoming space.

Responsibilities

  • Deep clean guest bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms, including making beds and detail work.
  • Perform vacuum cleaning, dusting, polishing, mopping, and lifting items such as duvets.
  • Record guest preferences and requests to personalize stays (e. g., provide firm pillows, set up a cot).
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of safe chemical handling guidelines and use of cleaning equipment such as steamers.
  • Follow health and safety procedures closely, including waste handling and manual handling.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of one year of experience in a cleaning role, strongly preferred.
  • Self‑driven, able to work alone in guest bedrooms, and able to maintain pace at work.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic with a pride in the quality of work.
  • Flexible with shift patterns and available around the business needs.
  • Genuine interest in and research of our brand, and desire to be part of the team.
