Seeking a skilled Chef and hard‑working morning person to join our Kitchen Team in the role of Breakfast Chef, planned start date 1st June 2026.
Contract & Pay
- Earnings up to £15.56 per hour, paid weekly (inclusive of anticipated tronc payment).
- Permanent contract, minimum 40 hours per week, any 5 days out of 7.
- Typical shifts 03:00‑11:00 or 04:00‑12:00.
Primary Role Responsibilities
- Manage a busy Breakfast service confidently.
- Prepare and cook dishes per Head Chef specification.
- Carry out prep work for breakfast service and set up assigned section ahead of lunch before handing over.
- Multi‑task and work through busy service times.
- Perform a full clean down and maintain an immaculate environment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front‑of‑house team.
- Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene legislation.
- Show willingness to learn and support across different kitchen areas.
Applicant Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years professional cooking experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie in a full‑service restaurant.
- Willing and able to work all early morning shifts; morning person preferred.
- Experienced working singlehandedly, fast pace, calm under pressure.
- Previous Food Safety qualification preferred; training in Health & Safety, Allergens and Food Hygiene will be provided.
- Enthusiastic, promotes positivity culture.
- Task‑oriented, pride in work, attention to detail.
- Flexible with shift patterns, available to meet business needs.
